Shipping

Small products (samples, accessories) go by post and arrive within 1-3 business days. Furniture we deliver ourselves, with our own van and two people. At checkout you choose when: delivery within 4 weeks, or value delivery within 8 weeks at a lower rate. Collecting from our Maasbree showroom is always free. Your confirmation states the latest delivery date that comes with your choice.

All our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Custom-made products are extra protected. We use sustainable packaging materials where possible.

For our own delivery, the lead time you choose includes production: within 4 weeks, or within 8 weeks with value delivery. We record that date in your confirmation — it is a latest date, not an estimate, and we are often earlier. If a component takes longer (a made-to-order fabric, for instance), you see that before checkout. Postal and parcel shipments arrive within 1-3 business days.

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. From €2,500.00, value delivery is free; if you choose delivery within 4 weeks, you only pay the difference. You see the exact rates during checkout, before you pay.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. With this you can track the status of your shipment until delivery.
